How Are DFW Top Workplaces Chosen?
Each year, The Dallas Morning News teams up with Energage, an employee survey firm, to honor the top places to work in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Winners are chosen through a scientific process based onemployee feedback, which means the award isn’t bought — it’s earned. Positive feedback leads to recognition; those workplaces that don’t receive strong feedback don’t make the list.
The 25-question survey takes employees just a few minutes to complete. They’re asked about a variety of topics, including leadership, employee appreciation, direction, meaningfulness, pay and benefits. Energage then takes the survey results and scores each company based on the answers. An employer is named a Top Workplace if their feedback score exceeds national benchmarks, and the results are only considered valid if over 35% of employees responded. From there, the top lists are formed based on company size.
D&M Is a Top Medium Workplace
Because D&M Leasing has fewer than 500 employees but more than 85, we qualify as a “medium workplace.” This is a very competitive category, and we’re honored to have been named a Top Medium Workplace in Dallas-Fort Worth once again for 2025!
