On behalf of D&M Leasing and all of our employees, I wanted extended our thoughts, our concern and our empathy to everyone who has been impacted by COVID-19. At D&M Leasing, the health and safety of our employees and our customers is our top priority. In the beginning of March, we implemented our Pandemic Response Plan and activated our Pandemic Response Team. Since that time, we have taken increased preventative measures and followed CDC guidelines in our offices. We reinforced the preventive hygienic measures recommended by the CDC, such as regular hand washing and disinfecting equipment and surfaces regularly used or touched. We engaged cleaning services to perform enhanced cleaning to disinfect and sterilize the office environment. We reduced the need for vendors and visitors in general from entering into offices, before ultimately closing our offices to the general public. More recently, as local authorities implemented measures to reduce the transmission of COVID-19, we have migrated the vast majority of our employees out of the office to work remotely from home, with only minimal critical staff working in office to support our base infrastructure.

Additionally, we implemented vehicle sanitation procedures that allow for zero contact between our employees and a customer so that every time a person enters or exits a vehicle, the vehicle is wiped down with appropriate disinfectant materials while our employees wear gloves. We want our employees, whenever they receive or deliver a vehicle, to be as protected and safe as possible during these unprecedented times. And we want to deliver a vehicle to our customers in the safest manner possible, which leads me to my next point.

Though our employees are working from home and our offices are closed to the public, D&M Leasing is still able to meet the needs of our customers.
