2011 Awards

On January seventh at our annual sales conference ten new agents were awarded CLUB status, one of our highest accomplishments. They are; Brad Turner, John Miles, Jimmy Fisher, Stephen Neal, Terry Elliott, Joshua Armstrong, David Faulkner, Darren Snow, Jennifer Collins, Justin Ashford. They join nineteen other current D&M CLUB members who all re-qualified for CLUB status in 2012.

The Newcomer of the Year award for the most productive new agent at D&M last year went to Terry Elliott. Salesperson of the Year is awarded for each D&M location and one Lease Manager gets the top award for overall production excellence. The awardee in the Grand Prairie office was Stacy Snead, in Dallas Jerry Haddad and in Houston Kelly White. Kelly also won the Don Tracy Memorial Award for team attitude and most helpful contributions to his fellow workers.

Our 2012 Salesperson of the Year overall was Chris Cruz.

We are blessed with a terrific support staff, all of whom were recognized at the awards banquet, as well as professional, dedicated managers all of whom work very hard to maintain a successful culture at D&M.

We would like to extend our congratulations to you as well for all of your accomplishments this past year. We hope they are many and look forward to hearing from you about them in the near future.
